Order Changes/cancellations

Any changes to orders must be submitted in writing to Midtown Office Seating. for pre-approval. You may email us at [email protected].

Returns/Credits

No merchandise will be accepted for exchange or credit without our expressed written authorization prior to the return of goods. You may email us at [email protected] .    Midtown Office Seating. must be notified of returns, quality problems or shortages within 30 days of receipts of goods. All freight charges on merchandise must be prepaid. If purchased within 30 days, we will pick up the product in the NY Metro Area free of charge. Midtown Office Seating will not accept freight collect shipments. Midtown Office Seating. also reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the gross sale including shipping. Midtown Office Seating has the right to do so under their discretion. This does not apply to purchases of shopping cart items purchased within 30 days.  It would be applicable to custom product orders which have their own separate terms of sale provided at purchase.
